:: Cancellations

If you cancel, it is possible to transfer your place to a colleague, but you must inform Ethical Corporation writing of this change prior to the event. Ethical Corporation will provide a full refund for cancellations received in writing before 13th February.

For cancellations received after this date, you will receive a 100% credit to be used at another Ethical Corporation conference for up to one year from the date of issue.

Once you register for the event, your pass is strictly for your own use and shall not be reassigned, transferred or lent to any other person, regardless of them being employed with the same company.

All fees for the conference include lunch, refreshments and documentation. All passes are also valid to attend the networking party on the evening of Tuesday 28th of March 2006. Please note that payment must be received before the event.

The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the program without notice.

:: Method of Payment
In order to guarantee that your check-in process is fast, efficient and all lines are avoided please make sure your payment is received by First Conferences Ltd in a timely manner. If your payment has not been received before the event a credit card guarantee will be required at the time of check in.

Early Bird and Group discounts only apply to full price conference passes as advertised on web-based and print literature.
