Our team is recognised across international NGO’s, global institutional donors, including DFID and USAID and leading foundations, as well as the private sector, providing leadership in developing and delivering innovative models for Women’s Economic Empowerment.
We are currently strengthening our team and are recruiting a high performing Senior Advisor - Business Planning and Development to lead on development and delivery of an ambitious, proactive and compelling resourcing strategy that will enable us to achieve our goal of economically empowering 30 million women.
About you
Working with funding teams across CARE globally, programme and policy experts on Women’s Economic Empowerment and country offices, you will lead on building the case for support and product design and development for Women’s Economic Empowerment for different donor audiences.
Our ideal candidate will combine their experience strategic business planning, delivery of major winning bids and belief in the importance of Women’s Economic Empowerment. You will be continuously thinking about potential new resource opportunities and know how to turn them into reality.
You will enjoy collaborating with funding teams across CARE to deliver innovative and scalable support packages.
