Job Description:

About the Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition® (EICC®)

The EICC is a nonprofit coalition of leading electronics companies working together to improve efficiency and social, ethical, and environmental responsibility in the global supply chain. We enable and encourage our members to progress toward the EICC vision through a common Code of Conduct, collaborative efforts, and shared tools and practices.

Position

The EICC is seeking a detail-oriented individual with program management experience to work on the Conflict-Free Sourcing Initiative (CFSI). The CFSI is one of the most utilized resources for companies addressing conflict minerals issues. Our Conflict-Free Smelter Program (CFSP) offers companies and their suppliers an independent, third-party audit tool with a compliance protocol that determines which smelters and refiners can be validated as “conflict-free.” This position is an opportunity to improve how companies make informed decisions about conflict minerals in their supply chains and demonstrate their commitment to responsibility and sustainability.

The Program Manager will oversee the CFSP audit process from initiation to completion which requires providing technical advice, managing competing priorities, and proactive problem-solving. This role will also have responsibility for coordinating key member workgroups and updating program data tools. The Program Manger will work closely with CFSI member companies, auditing firms, industry associations, and smelters/refiners across the globe.
