The sustainability market place continually gains momentum and Acre's growth and innovation reflects this. Reporting into the CEO / Founder, we are looking to appoint an ambitious and forward-thinking Marketing Manager to ensure the execution of our marketing strategy including brand positioning, communications, tactical-lead business development activities and an extensive digital media presence.

Duties will include:

  • providing collaborative internal communication with directors and team managers to meet and exceed the needs of our business development process
  • developing and managing digital marketing campaigns; including managing Acre's website (www.acre.com) and SEO
  • delivering our social media strategy
  • developing and publishing thought leadership publications including copywriting and design input
  • strategic event management
  • management of special projects and initiatives e.g. salary survey and recognition programme

The successful candidate will have a degree or equivalent, preferrably with a minimum of five years' experience and an ability to demonstrate the following:

  • experience of creating and implementing a successful, creative marketing strategy
  • strong copywriting and communication skills
  • delivering operational plans with clear outcomes and benefits
  • ability to proactively engage with colleagues across the business to deliver tactical activities
  • experience of monitoring customer trends, using analytical data while continually developing the marketing strategy and deliverables

An understanding of or experience within the sustainability marketplace is preferred.
