Job Description:

A FTSE 50 organisation has identified a new framework for their corporate responsibility programme, and they need a competent Corporate Responsibility Manager to develop and implement the strategy over the next 6 months across the business.

In this opportunity, the successful individual will be developing a new reporting and compliance process to allow the data collected to be reported to the Exec Committee and the wider organisation in a meaningful and engaging way.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing new reporting frameworks on carbon, energy and environmental measures, comparing against targets and implementing initiatives to ensure future ambitions are met
  • Developing compliance reports on a monthly and quarterly basis
  • Engaging with the wider organisation to develop community investment and fundraising initiatives where appropriate
  • Developing communications to enhance internal and external stakeholder engagement
  • Ensuring the champions network are proactively embedding activities across communities

The successful individual will have demonstrable experience of developing reporting processes and cycles for a wide variety of different metrics, translating large volumes of data in to meaningful messages for Senior Management and the wider organisation. You will have strong communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences within large, complex organisations on community programmes. Demonstrable experience of working and influencing in a matrix team is essential, alongside expressing a values driven, professional work ethos. You will be an influential individual, who consistently strives to deliver excellence and develop innovative ideas in their work.
