Job Description:

Acre is working with a dynamic and creative organisation, which helps businesses build value and growth from sustainability through the food manufacturing industry.

In this role as a Strategy Engagement Communications Manager, you will work closely with the Creative Director and Operations team to develop innovative ways of engaging various stakeholders throughout the supply chain with sustainability initiatives. You will be supporting stakeholders to develop resource efficiencies for commercial value.

Managing up to 4 accounts, the Programme Engagement Lead will be responsible for:

  • Delivering multiple sustainability and resource efficiency programmes across client supply chains

  • Engaging Senior Management in identifying new opportunities for continuous improvement, innovation, technologies and collaboration

  • Assisting in the development and delivery of creative engagement strategies for clients and their supply chains

The successful candidate will:

  • Be creative, professional and confident, with experience in a client facing position

  • Have demonstrable stakeholder engagement, communication and relationship management abilities

  • Have a strong track record of project management

Beneficial skills for this role also include:

  • Experience of running workshops or capacity building programmes

  • Demonstrable marketing experience, including digital and social media

  • Strong numerical and data analysis
