It is possible to transfer your place to a colleague if you are
unable to attend, but you must email register@ethicalcorp.com
informing us of this change prior to the event.
No penalty for cancellations received on or before 16th May 2005.
For all cancellations received after 6th May we will be obliged
to charge the full fee.
The organisers reserve the right to make changes to the conference
programme without notice.
We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your
registration with an invoice or receipt of payment attached
:: Method of Payment
Details of methods of payment will be send out with the confirmation
of your registration. Cheques should be made payable to
First Conferences Ltd.
In order to guarantee that your check-in process is fast, efficient
and queues are minimised at the conference, please make sure your
payment is received by First Conferences Ltd in a timely manner.
If your payment has not been received before the event a credit
card guarantee will be required at the time of check in
