The conditions placed on our Money Back Guarantee are below:
- We will only accept reports accompanied by a unique returns number. To obtain a returns number you will need to contact us using the details below and outline why the report is not to your satisfaction.
- You must let us know that you are unhappy with the report within 4 days of receiving the it .
- You must then return the report, along with your unique returns number within 3 working days of receiving your returns number
- Repayment will not be issued until the report is received by us
- We will not issue repayment for reports that have been marked or damaged
- The customer will be responsible for the costs of returning the report
