Great discussion. Thank you both! I wonder whether a new generation of PR and advertising firms will have to grow out of the ashes of the old model before we will get real change? As a small PR firm endeavouring to do business ethically and sustainably, I know that it feels that we are still going against the grain. Clients like that the company is demonstrably committed to social and environmental sustainability and has the cred, but it isn't a clincher for hiring one firm over another.
