A great example of where corporate community investment could be strategic
The London Boxing Academy Community Project is just the sort of project that big companies in London could support, while gaining something more than just a feel good factor
We were both attending the UK Conservative Party annual conference, I for a fringe meeting event Ethical Corporation hosted with Oliver Letwin and Nestle, Simon as a long suffering Tory supporter.
Over a few beers I found out that Simon runs the London Boxing Academy Community Project, which tries to help young people in north London get their lives together and succeed, rather than end up in trouble, as many deprived children in the area do.
